We are looking for an experienced personnel (preferably MBA) who can handle our software support (major) and can evolve in the role of Business Analyst (minor).
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide software support to field operations team
Act as an system administrator to maintain & support different customer systems
Generate & prepare reports from our software for customer and management
Provide software training to new employees
Review content (test/questions/e-learning) prepared by data entry teams
Cold calling to potential customers
Research over Internet about new customers/leads
Provide chat support on our online platform
Respond to queries on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
Qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication (English proficiency)
Ability to learn new system/software quickly
MBA degree preferred
Must have been in the similar role for more than 2 years (minimum)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook or similar email software)

Job Responsibility
- Solely responsible for the growth of existing partner accounts in the assigned region.
- Will be leading a team of operation managers in the assigned region.
- Will be responsible for increasing student engagement in partner accounts.
- Sell the concept of Myskillwiz to colleges – set and manage client expectations well.
- Solely responsible for new client acquisition in the assigned region.
- Invoicing and collection of revenue from partner colleges.
- Ensure an awesome experience for partners by leveraging technology and account management expertise.
- Own renewal of contracts with colleges – is a result of correct expectation setting, awesome experience and great delivery.

- Define and build SkillWiz Corporate vertical – problem definition and Perefctice solution
- Build Go to Market strategy and action plan (Quarter over Quarter)
- Individual contributor to acquire corporate clients
- Hire Corporate Sales Managers
- Provide training to Corporate Sales Manager to sell Perefctice solution
- Manage team of sales professionals
- Produce Quarterly and Yearly revenue forecast and financial plan (revenue and cost) for the corporate vertical
- Produce and report weekly, monthly and quarterly report – performance report highlighting earned revenue against the goal.
- Budget and track quota for Sales Managers, help them achieve the quota
- Participate cross department collaboration and initiative
